By accessing and playing on ClickWar.fun, you agree to these terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must create an account to play and compete.

• You must follow @clickwar.fun on Instagram to be eligible for prizes.

• Only one account per player is allowed.

2. Game Rules

• Scores reset at the end of each month.

• Monthly cash prize (e.g., $20) is awarded to the top-scoring player.

• ClickWar.fun is a skill-based game and free to join.

3. Prize Claim

• Winner will be contacted via their registered email.

• Payment will be made through PayPal, bank transfer, Wise, or other mutually agreed method.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be passed to the next eligible player.

4. Cheating & Fair Play

• Use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or exploits is strictly prohibited.

• Cheaters will be disqualified. If prize money has already been transferred, it must be returned with a 10% penalty.

• We reserve the right to ban or disqualify any user at our discretion.

5. Content & Copyright

• All game content and materials are owned by ClickWar.fun and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• By playing, you allow us to display your username and high score publicly.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for any data loss, gameplay interruption, or third-party issues.

• Prize amounts and rules may be updated without prior notice.

7. Modifications

• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
